At Sii we work not around an abstract mission, but particular goals:

• Profit

The basic company goal is constituted by making money – only then we are able to incest the fact that allows our Clients and Employees develop. At Sii we possess a clear cut goal: 10% of net profit annually.

• Client satisfaction

Clients constitute the greatest value to us – it is thanks to them that we exist and are able to develop. We would like them to choose Sii as the result of good quality and reasonable prices of our services. We are working towards initiation of long term co-operation, based upon mutual trust and clear rules of operation.

• The satisfaction of our employees

Employees constitute the key value of the company of Sii. The success of our company is their hard work that is why we want to ensure them with great atmosphere of employment and we always act in a fair manner towards them, trust them and are open to their ideas. Best of our employees are ensured with the opportunities of development upon the posts of Account Managers, Project Managers, Architects and Business Consultants.

• Constant development

We are attempting to become the leader of the IT and engineering sector in Poland and in few years time we aim at employing several thousand of employees nationwide. That is why we are constantly striving towards further development of our services and competences, towards extending the range of executed entrepreneurship activity as well as broadening of Client portfolio.
