That is why during the process of new employee recruitment we devote attention not only to skills and experience but above all to the fact of being fascinated with ones work as well as to personality traits, which shall allow for a fast paced integration of the new employee with our team. We are looking for individuals who wish to develop and who, thanks to their interests and work, shall achieve professional success and will become integral partners of our team.


At Sii the recruitment process consists of a few phases, which allow the choice of the best candidates. In order to participate within the recruitment process one should submit his CV to the adequate email address of the given branch (such address is always stipulated within the notification for the particular employment post). Sii Recruitment Department ensures ongoing verification of submitted applications and chooses to contact only these candidates, who in the best manner, potentially meet the determined requirements. From this moment the following phases of the recruitment process may be enumerated:

  • a recruitment meeting with a person from the Recruitment Department, which may be
  • preceded with a telephone interview,
  • verification of candidate’s technical skills,
  • meeting and verification with regard the applicability of the given candidate to the particular project or task.


Since we are a dynamic and a flexible company, it sometimes may occur hat the last two phases are executed during a single meeting or perhaps their form is adjusted to candidate’s time schedule.

Thanks to fast paced development of Sii, about 35 new engineers joins us every month. These are graduates of renown universities, who possess adequate experience within the following areas:
