Integration weekend 2008

Sii Team just came back from the first common integration weekend. We spent 3-5 October 2008 having trainings and a lot of fun in the village of Piaski in Mazury region. We invaded the place with two buses coming from Warsaw and one from Gdańsk. The whole resort was at our disposal, with a billiard room and table football, not to mention beautiful surroundings and a lake 200 m away from our hotel.

Saturday started with a presentation about recent developments in Sii and a soft skills training. Divided into groups, we participated in trainings about Project Management, Business Analysis, Cooperation, Team Management and Interpersonal Skills. Later on, we played paper chase and after all of us got tired, we spent the evening enjoying a B.B.Q. and a party.

Sunday was a sports day. Some of us took advantage of a great weather (sun and wind, what else do you need?) and went sailing, others were ambitious enough to participate in a football game Gdańsk – Warsaw, which (un)fortunately ended up with a draw. After that, tired but happy after spending some time together, we had to come back to Warsaw and Gdańsk…
