Application maintenance
Apart from creation and integration of applications, SII also provides services connected with their maintenance and management:
- Retaining of the agreement on the quality of provided services (SLA):
In the case of service provision, a basic mechanism which controls their quality is constituted by the implemented process of Service Level Management, responsible for negotiating of SLA (Service Level Agreement) agreements as well the guarantee that they are executed. SLA defines detailed measurements which specify the level of quality of particular services and provide the permanent cycle of monitoring, reporting and reviewing – with the Client – of the quality of IT services. In this case for the given Client, SII appoints a unit on quality guarantee, which constantly monitors the level of provided services and reports the possible need to undertake additional steps in order to improve quality.
- Retaining of the agreement on change request process (CR):
SII offers maintenance service via CR (Change Request). Users of the implemented solution can report what and when should be changed as well as can establish priorities among the required changes. Our specialists develop the method of change implementation and implement it with retaining of the continuity of service operation.
