Within the scope of Sales Department support we offer our Clients CRM (Customer Relationship Management) class systems and SFA (Sales Force Automatization) class systems.

SII offers the following services:

An example of a project executed within this field is, amongst other, a dedicated SFA system for one of the biggest banks in Poland, created and still developed by SII team. Our engineers provide services for the 3rd support line for 10 000 users, which render services for several million of clients. In the case of tele-communication branch, our consultants participated within the development of CRM class system for the wholesale clients for one of the biggest service provider of the stationary tele-communication system in Poland. In the year 2010 we designed and implemented two applications which automatize B2B sales processes for the Client from the fuel branch.

Apart from the project references we have consultants of many profiles which gained experience working with systems such as Peoplesoft CRM, Quofor, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM.

Within the scope of our service we especially recommend conduction of analysis of the requirements for SFA/CRM systems. We do it very effectively and unlike other providers of fixed solutions, we remain completely independent and objective in modelling of processes and defining of critical requirements for the future system.
