Sii does not define one specific method as a solution applied to every project. The basic rule in accordance with which SII acts while executing a project is constituted by optimization of the executed aims via experience and effective co-operation with the Client.

We approach every project individually, adjusting to the requirements and organizational culture of the Client.

During the execution of projects connected with software manufacture there are applied elements of the acknowledged and checked RUP (Rational Unified Process) process, which emphasizes pre-analysis and technical solution of the project. In order not to stiffen the project organization and direct the works only to business effects, SII applies the ideas of methods such as Agile, first of all a close co-operation between a team of programmers, analysts and business experts as well openness to changes. Thanks to the iterative approach to the process of software manufacture the risk to deliver the product which does not fulfil business requirements is minimized and by the end of every iteration the client receives the working product. Thanks to that it is easier to manage the scope of project and changes of requirements and the client has the possibility to control the executed works as well as to currently verify the implemented functions.
