Our staff has high qualifications in the field of business and system analyses, confirmed by several years of experience in many sectors of industry and public administration as well as by the acknowledged certificates such as:  OMG Certified UML Professional™, REQB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering.

Our consultants have competences and experience in the fields such as:

• enterprise analysis – which aims at the comprehension of needs of particular business (branch),
• analysis and modelling of the enterprise business process of the given organization,
• collection of requirements – both the requirements clearly expressed by the client as well as the ones which have not been revealed but significantly influence the final solution,
• planning and managing of the requirements – it provides completion, transparency, unification, correction, coherence and update of the requirements as well as tracking of changes,
• documenting of the requirements – in a clear and transparent manner both for the business client as well as for the project team which executes the system,
• communicating of the requirements – presenting of the requirements in a clear, legible and comprehensive manner for different groups of the persons interested in the project,
• solution assessment and validation – verification of functionality, conduction of the tests on the user’s acceptance (UAT - User Acceptance Tests).

In everyday work we apply our own methodology, which assumes professional approach towards the client and the project team. Therefore we always prepare the following types of documents:

• BRS (Business Requirements Specification) – it contains a list of all of the client’s business requirements concerning the executed project; this document is consulted with the client and constitutes the basis for project execution as well as for its final acceptance,
• SRS (System Requirements Specification) – it contains a description of functions executed by IT system; such document is used by developers and testers as well as by analysts; the document is constantly updated,
• notes from the meetings – every contact with the client, important from the point of view of the project’s establishments (interview, workshop, presentation, etc.) ends with preparation of a note which confirms the establishments and is handed over to all of the meeting participants.

Furthermore, with regard to the project’s character and requirements we create a range of other, supplementing analytical documents, specifications, presentations, prototypes as well as plans of tests and scenarios of test incidents.

We make use of the commonly recognized standards such as for e.g. UML, BPMN as well as the tools for modelling and managing of the requirements such as Enterprise Architect or Visual Paradigm. We are also open for unconventional solutions (e.g. open source tools).

Regardless of our own standard we always adjust to the client’s requirements in this field, if there is such a need.

In our work we combine soft skills (communication with the client, communication in the project team) with branch knowledge and deep knowledge of the technical issues.
