• Delegation of the Project Manager to the Client in order to conduct pre-established projects, whose task is to take the full responsibility for their execution, including the following:

• management of the proper communication in the project between all of its participants (project’s sponsor, business, team members)
• budget specification and management , control of its execution, reporting

• Taking the responsibility for the chosen field of the project management within the frame of specified projects.
• Analysis and counselling in order to develop the best approach towards project management in the given organization (audit of the processes, their re-modelling, recommendations, creation of methodology from scratches, etc.).

We can conduct both the projects based upon the standards pre-established by the Client (PMBoK, PRINCE2, etc.) as well as on the basis of our own methodology.
